On Wednesday, 17 November 2021, the auditor from QMS has visited the MWLLO office for the annual quality audit for the ISO certification (ISO 9001: 2015).
The quality auditor has reviewed the quality management systems along with the annual management review, internal audit, health and safety review and many other documents.
The auditor was delighted to see the efforts of MWLLO to provide the best service possible for its visitors and stakeholders.
It is worth noting that MWLLO received its ISO9000 certification in 2015 which will end in 2026. However, an annual quality audit is required to maintain the quality status.
The regional director of MWLLO, Dr Ahmad Makhdoom said,” We should strive to be the best Muslim organisation providing our utmost best services to the Muslims and Non-muslims alike. We want to promote harmony, understanding, coexistence, cooperation among all groups.”
Dr Makhdoom has also thanked Engr. Nezamul Hasan, the manager for Information Technology and Quality, for his commendable efforts to ensure best quality practice in the organisation.
